2. How do I know my English level?

Before enrolling, you'll receive a FREE placement assessment and consultation with one of our teachers. This helps us determine your current English level and recommend the most suitable course and learning plan for you.


3. Do you offer a free trial lesson?

Yes! We offer a FREE 30-minute trial lesson for new students. During the trial lesson, you'll meet one of our teachers, experience our teaching style, discuss your learning goals, and receive personalized recommendations for the most suitable course and level.


4. What courses do you offer?

We offer a variety of English programs, including:

  • IELTS Preparation
  • Business English
  • Adult Speaking
  • Kids English
  • Conversation English (Free Talk)

5. Are the lessons conducted online?

Yes. All classes are conducted online via Zoom, allowing students from anywhere in the world to learn with us. You'll receive your Zoom meeting link before each scheduled lesson.


6. How long is each lesson?

Our lesson durations are designed to maximize learning while keeping students engaged.

One-on-One Classes

  • 55 minutes

Group Classes

  • 90 minutes

7. Can I choose my class schedule?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling based on teacher availability.

Class Hours (GMT+7)

Monday – Friday

  • 6:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Saturday & Sunday

  • 8:00 AM – 11:30 PM

We'll do our best to accommodate your preferred schedule.


8. Can I choose my teacher?

Teachers are assigned based on your course, schedule, and learning needs. However, we understand that finding the right teacher is important. If you would like to change your teacher, you may request a change after completing your first two lessons. We’ll be happy to help you find another teacher who is a better match for your learning preferences.


9. Who are your teachers?

Our teaching team is primarily composed of experienced English teachers from the Philippines. Many of our teachers hold professional teaching licenses, TESOL/TEFL certifications, or other recognized teaching qualifications. They have experience teaching students of different ages, nationalities, and English proficiency levels, creating engaging and supportive learning environments.


10. Are the lessons one-on-one or group classes?

We offer both one-on-one and group classes. Students can choose the learning format that best suits their learning style, goals, and budget.


11. Do you provide learning materials?

Yes. All students receive digital learning materials appropriate for their course and English level. Depending on the program, materials may include:

12. Will I receive homework?

Yes. Homework and optional self-study activities are provided after each lesson to reinforce what you've learned and help you continue improving between classes.

15. What do I need for online classes?

To join your lessons, you'll need:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A computer, laptop, or tablet
  • Zoom installed on your device
  • A headset or earphones with a microphone (recommended)
  • A quiet learning environment

16. What if I miss a class?

If you're unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please notify us as early as possible. We'll do our best to help you reschedule your class according to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.


17. How can I pay for my lessons?

We offer secure and convenient payment options for both local and international students.

For students in the Philippines:

  • GCash
  • Bank Transfer

For international students:

  • Wise
  • PayPal

If you prefer another payment method, please let us know. We'll do our best to provide a suitable payment option based on your location.

Payment details will be provided after your enrollment is confirmed. To secure your class schedule, payment must be completed before the start of your course or lesson package.
